McGriddles® had been steadily garnering the hype status amongst fans and
hype enthusiasts.

With 4 seasons of streetwear merch
drops in the bag, each more fire than
the one before, we’ve already developed
a local cult classic.

Now, how can we bring McGriddles® to a hype status on par with global streetwear legends without spending millions?IdeaWe went against the grain, tapping into chaotic customisation — a fast-rising
DIY trend with no rules.

We invited fans and streetwear enthusiasts to bring their most prized possessions. Hoodies, sneakers, bags, tees and customised them LIVE with exclusive McGriddles® prints on silkscreen machines.

Piece by piece, McGriddles® hype went
from local cult icon to standing beside
global labels. All without dropping a cent

	BackgroundAh, loyalty points. What do they really do? For most Singaporeans, not much.Not even if you're the tastiest rewards app. McDonald's MyM Rewards had half the nation signed up, but only 30% stayed active. So how do we win these lapsed users back?Then we spotted a cheeky hack:"Always be the one placing the group order and keep all the points."
Simple. Cunning. Genius.











Idea
Introducing McDonald's MyM Mastermind.


We seeded the hack into fans, prompting them to see friends and family as treasure troves of preeeecious points. Then we tipped them into action with one update:


Group orders now earn bonus Mastermind Points. Sparking a wave of "McDonald's? I'll order!" from lunch manipulators, snack strategists and dinner conspirators.


And to train our Masterminds?
We dropped Masterclasses from other Masterminds through social.
Totally changing the loyalty system by gamifying it.

BackgroundIn June 2024, an oil spill forced Sentosa to close its beaches for months, affecting both beachgoers and beach businesses. When the beaches were finally cleaned up, the public was sceptical about coming back. We needed to show that the beaches were safe and ready for their&#38;nbsp;(re)discovery.

Idea

What if we celebrated a brand new start for our beaches by celebrating the FIRST beachgoers to return? We camped out early on reopening day to capture all the visitors claiming different 'firsts' on the beaches all over again.
